I had a dream my dog died?

I was in a weird dream, and my dog had died, and I woke up and he was laying next to me. What's the interpretation of this dream? And, I know it doesn't mean he's going to exactly die today or tomorrow. Only answer if you know the interpretation of this dream.

Dog could symbolize friendship in your subconscious mind. Projecting the death of a dog could mean some problem in friendship and you projected that to your dog. It could mean you are feeling a bit discomfort about some argument or disagreement you have lately. However, if you are very closed to the dog and if the dog is not young any more, more or less this dog's longevity may become worries in your head subconscious. That means you will have to experience the upcoming death soon or later and you just felt you had to vent it out because the friendship is precious to you.

Nobody KNOWS an exact interperation...thats silly. But I can give you a good guess. I too have had dreams about my dog like that, I wake up crying. I love him!! But I think its just that dogs have a shorter life span than we do and we know that they dont get as long. You may have felt him come up to you (i a "spirital" way) and he just poof entered your dream. And it is just a fear. I hate those dreams. : ( No worries...just give him lots of love and treats and make the best of his life!!
