- explain why its cloudy and rainy?
- are clouds and rain associated with high or low pressure?

It's get cloudy and rainy because of lift and moisture. Hence, when a LOW PRESSURE comes through, it's cloudy and rainy. =)

Clouds and rain are formed from water evaporating in the ocean and rising into the atmosphere, then condenses and forms clouds and then eventually when there's too many clouds the water will fall as precipitation. This is called the Water Cycle.

Clouds and rain are associated with low pressure.
