What Univeristy is better for geology and/or to be a dentsist?

Which one University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign or Ohio State University? from the info i found They said Illinois has one of the best geology programs they are partnered with a geology/petroleum company called BP and Illinois is rank 38 in the nation out of all they university's including the Ivy schools Ohio State is ranked 57. I think/know Illinois (U of I) has better geology programs but I want to go to Ohio State for some reason so help me out here on what to do. thanks
