Help with earth science please? see details.?

1) What happens to the amount of cloud cover as the air pressure decreases?
2) What happens to air temperature as wind changes direction?
3)How does temperature help determine the type of precipitation a region has?

if you can only answer 1 that would be ok. answer 3 and ill be a very happy person

and if anyone says "do your own hw" these are only 3 out of 15 questions. i had trouble with these and couldnt figure them out.
