science savey people please explain to me why another evolution has not occured in

the yearsof earth existance not human nor animal has evolved in the time science says it takes to evolve

i dont expect it to happen in any of our lifetimes but surely it had to have been seen done through out history but why has it never been heard of happening in even a miniscule way

sensible respectful answers please
most creationist? name one?
are there any visual pictures of before and after with animals evoleing? maybe that could help me
