Heading in economics essay??

Should i put a heading in an economics essay? Do i write the question, or do i just write essay at the top? What do i do?
I mean at the top of the page, before i even start my essay should i put a heading?

Put an interesting heading so that it catches the readers' eyes at the beginning.

Whenever writing an essay on any topic, it's always best to follow the three section format:

1) This is what I'm going to tell the reader
2) Tell the reader
3) This is what I just told the reader

In your case, the first section will address the question. If the question is vague, then this is a good place to discuss that fact.
