if a province in a country legalized gambling then reversed its decision, making gambling illegal, then ceteris perebus, the GDP:

A. must increase
B. must decrease
C. doesn't change because both legal & illegal production is included in GDP
D. doesn't change since gambling is never included in GDP

I think gambling is underground market so I think it isn't included in GDP
