b) Who has the lower apportunity cost in painting the walls?

c) If Bob and Jessica desire to minimize the time spent in painting, who should specialize in painting window frames and who should specialize in painting walls

Each frame costs bob two walls
Each frame costs Jessica 1.5 walls

Each wall costs bob .5 frames
Each wall costs Jessica .66 frames

So Jessica can paint a frame for fewer walls which makes the answer to a) Jessica

Bob can paint a wall for fewer window frames than Jessica can, so he is the answer to b)

assuming there is a lot of work for both frames and windows, Jessica should paint frames and Bob should paint walls
