What can i do to show my interest in economics?

I'm a high school junior and ive already decided im gonna major in economics. What can i do to show colleges my passion and knowledge for economics. Is there anything i can do over the summer like internships? programs. i'm open to all suggestions.

I don't think you need to show colleges that you're passionate about economics -- you should just choose that as your major when the time comes. If you want to impress schools, get your GPA up as high as you can before graduation, do well on your SATs, and get involved in some extra-ciricular activities in your high school and community. Colleges are looking for smart, well rounded people. Good luck!
