How advantagous would a double major in Marketing and Business Economics as...

...opposed to Business Economics? I have the choice of both--and money / time isn't an issue.

Second specialized major shows your employers you picked your field of interest (Marketing), and are good at it. A single general major makes you look more like a Jack of all trades (i.e. and master of none).

Second major in Marketing is obviously a disadvantage if you apply for jobs that concentrate on Finance or Human Resourses skills.
