Is the media taking McCain out of context?

What did McCain really mean when he said these things 3 times over on different ocassions, as recently as last December? – Seeking to explain his shift to the left on economic issues, McCain claimed: “I didn’t pay nearly the attention to those issues in the past. I was probably a ’supply-sider’ based on the fact that I really didn’t jump into the issue.” [Jan. 2000] – “I’m going to be honest: I know a lot less about economics than I do about military and foreign policy issues. I still need to be educated.” [Nov. 2005] – “The issue of economics is not something I’ve understood as well as I should,” but “I’ve got Greenspan’s book.” [Dec. 2007]

Nope the media didn't take that our of context. McCain knows nothing about economy at all. That's why he made that dumb statement about the Gas holiday. 18 cents isn't anything people was jumping over now were they.McCain has no judgment on the war nor the economy.

The economy has never been McCain's bread and butter. He stronger points are in other areas. However, have you looked at his economic plan? It really does make a lot of sense. Makes more sense than Obama's. McCain can admit where his weaker points are, and of course the liberal media is going to chew him out, but he is an honest man.I don't believe anybody is fully suited in every aspect to be President. Which is why presidents have cabinets to help them out. Reagan was a great President because he had a great cabinet. Bush could have been a better President, but his cabinet wasn't that great; he hired a lot of his friends from Texas instead of getting the most qualified.

Probably not. He's not fit to be president as much as America thinks.

If this election is about the economy, McCain loses. So he will lower expectations about his economic plan so if it seems weaker than Obama's, it'll be alright. The problem with his plan is it really does sound a lot like Bush's.

Sounds like he's trying to become elected during an economic crisis while claiming he has no idea how to fix it.Just sayin'.
