What colleges have the best undergraduate economics programs?

I am a junior in high school and am interested in studying economics as an undergraduate major. I am looking for schools that are in the Eastern half of the country, excluding the Ivies. I would prefer to go to a school in the Southeast, as I live in NC. It doesn't matter whether the schools are private or public. (Also aside from the University of Chicago, as I already know they have one of the most notable programs in the world.)

I am interested in UNC, Wake Forest, Duke, Emory, and UVA. How would you rate the economics programs at each of these schools?

I will give points to whoever can give me the most enlightening answer!
