Whaling/?? and economics=]?

i am totally against whaling so don't get me wrong, however for our debate i am forced to be affirmative, and say that "That we should lift the international ban on commercial whaling" so one of my points are emplyment and economic factors, could you please reseach and tell me some good points etc to make my speach good.

Pro-whaling advocates also argue that whaling continues to provide employment in the fishery, logistic and restaurant industries and that whale blubber can be converted into valuable oleochemicals and whale carcass can be rendered into meat and bone meal. << some info
