What can i work as if i have an economics degree?

I am planning to study economics in university. can anyone let me know what my future job will be like? if possible include range of salaries, job experience, working environment etc etc. thanks

Wall Street...$$$$$$$$ and stess. Haha, j/k. Not sure how the U.K. is but in the states there are a ton of financial firms, more like economic firms that study economic trends. The info they gather is used by people in the industry, like wall street people. You'd probably work as part of a team gathering data, studying trends, and putting together an analysis of the information. Work environment would be an office, professional clothes, etc. Salary, in the states, anywhere from 45k-150k+. Hope this helps.
