economics question! PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR CONCLUSION! LOL?

if a consumer is purchasing good X at $5 and gets 25 units of mariginal utility from the last unit and goog Y at $3 and gets 12 units of mariginal utility from the last unit then the con sumer ....

A. wants to consume more of good Y and less of good X
B. is maximaizing total utility and does not want to change their consumption of Y or X.
C. wants to consume more of good X and less of good Y
D. wants to consume less of both Y AND X
