Economics question?

Let’s say that Green University has a rule that all its university students must live in university dormitories.

a)What effect would it have on the price elasticity of demand for dormitory space? (explain in which category of the price elasticity of demand does in this situation fall into)

b)Support you’re answer with a graph and explain why the demand curve behaves in such way
