In his years in office, has GWB proved the supply-side economics and the

Laffer Curve do not work? The Laffer Curve concept is central to supply side economics. Accoding to the concept, taxes can be lowered to raise tax revenue without the need for government spending cuts or government borrowing to cover revenue shortfalls.

After generating the largest federal deficits in the country's history, has Bush laid this theory to rest once and for all?
