Take AP government. The two courses are both very challenging. I found AP government more useful and interesting than economics. If u decide to take AP gov next year, you should take AP econ the year after that. Both courses are very helpful to you in your future. If u are pursuing a business career, AP econ will teach you the basics of business and AP gov will tell you how government affects business.
