Relating earnings to schooling and workplace experience is: ln E= 4.9 + .26S - .003S^2 - .004XS + .15X - .002X^2 What is the % impact on earnings due to one year increase in experience if S=20 and X=5? What s the impact on the dollar value of earnings due to one yr increase in experience if S=20 and X=5? (do I plug these value in partial derivative (lnE/X)?? What is the % impact on earnings due to an increase in experience of 1% if S=20 and X=5? |
