How can I find engineering job at any place in the world while I am living at Egypt?

I am Iraqi residence at Egypt due to bad situation at my
home land(Iraq) since 2 years ago .I am trying to find any
legal job to cover some costs of my family living ,while Egypt government not allowed for foreigns to work on its lands.
