Darn right it's a good job. It is one of THE best jobs.... Especially if he is qualified from a European or Northern USA University.

If he's properly qualified, it means he is highly intelligent and will have a job for life. But even if he's a lazy little sod with a dodgy degree from some "university" out in the Louisiana swamps, who only got the job because of his family connections, it's STILL a good job.
