Is it possible to finish a 4year computer engineering course in one year?

i heard you could spend about a year for a variable amount of year course and graduate from american school if you read the extra mile and cover the entire syllabus for the whole four years. then you can go to the the school admin and ask for a full exam be given to you that covers the entire syllabus for the four years.
