Software Engineer?

I have to write an MLA Paper on Software Engineer (the career of my choice) I need sources and i need salary and benefits as well as some companies that might hire me... (And no i'm not a horrible canidate (I know HTML and am Studying C++) but i just need ideas got any? Thanks

I have a great idea, one which may help you get a job too......

Look up some headhunters (recruiters) and make arrangements to interview THEM. As Salaries vary GREATLY depending on your geographical area, there are no real numbers..

Scour hotjobs.com, dice.com, monster.com. Some job postings will post salaries while others may just say DOE (depends on experience) or OPEN.

The jobboards I mentioned will be great for documentation. Do not use the link as the citation as most postings are no longer available after they expire....print them and use them as the citation attached.
