Not an expert but I wouldn't have thought so, most of what an engineer deals with happens at a higher scale.

After engineering, physics would be the choice of science to study.

Is chemistry important in civil engineering?!?

I want to do civil engineering next year, but this year my pre-u results in chemistry like hell. is it important chemistry in civil engineering?
Neglect environmental engineering. is it still important?
