If East Asian women use genetic engineering to get rid of their monoeyelids...

...and "almond" eyes, do you agree? Would this be a right idea and a good decision? I know genetic engineering companies will make huge profit from this, but do you think it's a "right" thing to do? Why or why not?
However, I know from personal experience that many of them, if not most of them, don't like their eyes and they would do anything to get rid of them and get double eyelids with creases and what not.
It appears that a cosmetic surgery will not have an effect as great as that from genetic engineering, that's why I think the latter would eventually take over the former.
