do engineerring colleges have admissions even in january????

hi, i have done my 12th cbse and i failed in it ,and i want to join in open school so that i can write exam in october since open schools have exam on october.but engineering colleges take admissions in september.,do i have any chance of joining in engineering college in january????because i heard that engineering colleges will take intakes in january also???

It depends on the college, you'll have to find out from the colleges you're considering whether or not they accept new students in the spring semester.
