Biomedical specialization? Which engineering major should I choose?

Hi,I will be applying to a second year engineering at U of C.I would like to end up doing Masters in Biomedical engineering once I get my bachelor.I was wondering if anyone in a Biomedical engineering field that can share their experiences and recommend a major that would support my career in Biomedical engineering?I am thinking electrical, chemical and mechanical.I would be the best?
