Medical experts Advice please?

Stepped on dirty syringe HELP!!!!!!!?Hi People I work as a plumbing and drainage engineer , one of our companies contracts is with a housing association that deals with drug addicts etc. Last thursday I was on a job and i stepped on a syringe , well the syringe went into the side of my foot. When i removed it , with my fingers the syringe still felt warm. I immediately washed my foot with an alcohol strip from my first aid box. The pin did penetrate my skin and now i have some slight swelling on my foot with redness. My tetnas jabs are up to date. I contacted my doctor who said did i clean the wound and that i would have to wait for tests.Now im worried about catching hep a,b or c or HIV. Any ideas please.16 hours ago - 3 days left to answer. Additional Details16 hours agoApparently I have to wait for incubation periods before i have certain tests. As far as shoes I had work safety boots on but the sharp went through the side of the leather.
