Salary for a tunnel engineer?

I am now a shift engineer for a TBM operation in Australia. My salary now is 75000AUD/year + 400AUD tax free weekly expense which is really good for me. Our job will be finished soon and I was being assign to another TBM job as a project engineer but this time I was being offered 85000AUD without the 400AUD/week weekly expense which is way less than what I was getting. I have suggested to rise it up to 90000AUD and I will bear the relocation cost. Just want to ask whether this is a fair deal in tunneling business in Australia? I am also thinking to work in high salary projects in South East asia or in mid east. What kind of basic requirements will they need for a 5.5 years experienced civil engineer? Thank you very much.
