Computer engineering or Industrial and systems engineering @ sjsu?

Hi there i am going to san jose state and this is my first semester and i am taking a programming class but , its all going over my head. Cuz this is my first class in programming. I am all confused and stressin out . I was thinking of changing my major to industrial and systems engineering. can anyone tell me what is industrial and systems engineering all about and whether i should go for it or not. and hows the job perspective for it.
