I would suggest you find anything to start off. Doesn't matter if it's at a car wash or something to get money coming in and paying some rent/whatever to your uncle.

Second...

You job doesn't have to be in what you went for. The degree shows you have the ability to finish what you start. The degree doesn't have to be applicable in some jobs to get in the door.

Third...

You may have to take and hourly job at a lower wage to get your foot in the door of a company you want to work for as a salary employee. Most big companies promote from within. After your year is up you can generally move around into the company when there is a job opening. It's a matter of getting experience with the company and their product, as well as showing what kind of employee you are.

My current company has several degreed people in hourly positions. One, their degree ins't in a topic that supports a fluid amount of jobs. Others are getting their foot in the door in an attempt to get that high pay salary job they so desire. It's all about angles. You take what you get for experience, experience leads to advancement, which leads to money. Time is the key. Be patient, work hard and work smart.

Good luck!
