anyone know were i can find a good study guide for control engineering for

mechanical engineers? in the mechanical engineering program at my school, we are required to take an electrical engineering class called "modern control engineering" it is difficult subject matter for a mechanical engineering student to comprehend.

I'm trying to find a good study guide...I tire schaums, but they don't carry this subject.

has anyone actually used a study guide for this course that they recomend.

Please don't tell me to google, it just list the first result that pops up...must of them are unreviewed, expensive, and i don't want to waste me time with something that i don't know has actually helped anyone.

i went to the library..either school or public..i found several books on electro-mechanic designs/schematics..including my favorite..pictures...see if you can fidn a book on electric motors and controls..has a wide variety of controls and panels..anything from DC to AC up to 4000v...
