Structural Engineer - Offers?

Entry level structural engineer. I have a offer in hand from a firm in Pittsburgh. I had 2 rounds of interview with a firm near Charlotte. I had another interview with a firm in Philadelphia. Pittsburgh joining date is next Monday 17th. Charlotte people are still mum about any offer. In Last interview they pretty much explained what they do and introduced me to staff. The manager who took the interview pretty much said he has to talk with his boss abt me. Philadelphia client is also very interested and I was told they move fast and I would know by end of this week. Pittsburgh and Charlotte are contract to hire where as Phili is permanent.

My husband works in Atlanta,GA and I want to be as close to him as possible. Prefer charlotte as the first choice but they are slow in responding. What to do now? I have very little time and so many things to plan for. Please advice as I am am going nuts here on whether I should wait or join pittsburgh and later move to charlotte is offered?
