At of those choices I would suggest Mechanical Engineering since it is a more broad area of study and can provide many more job opportunities for you. The starting salary for an ME is around $50,000 a year and this varies by location to account for cost of living. Mechanical Engineers take some civil and electrical classes and can be employed in fields also related to those.

Friend it depends on you and your interest. every field has its own authority.and Pros and cons. i think EE is good for you. Architect is also good but it depends on you and interest.

I don't know much about engineering, but I would avoid architect. From what I've seen of it, you have to have a job with a big firm (Design Basics, Donald Gardener, etc) in order for it to be be a really good job. Most people working at small, local firms don't make all that much money, especially for the time committment. There are exceptions, though. If you work in a really big city, you will probably do well, or if you specialize. For instance, I've heard that landscape architects in Arizona can make a killing.
