Ive worked with a few now.
They are just plain lazy,useless and delagate as much as possible to sombody else!
This is a work related issue having a dig at french engineers only not the french as a whole.

No better or worse than our own. After all they built the Suez canal and recently put a shuttle up to the space station amongst other achievements.
I've met useless British engineers as well.

I've met & worked with some so-called "engineers" whom I wouldn't trust with a socket set, French, British and Americans, as it happens. There are useless tossers in every profession . . .
