Electrical Engineering for Beginners?

#2 The resistance in a circuit is 2KOhms and the inductance is 10mH. How long does it take for the maximum capacitor voltage to reach approximately 0.999V?

#3 Normally oscillation occurs when the 1/LC term is greater in the formula for the frequency of oscillation. Suppose however, that the second term is larger. What do you think this means physically?
