What are the best computers, software, and hardward for Aerospace Engineering?

I have a project for class and we have to customize a computer for a division of aerospace engineers. I'm having trouble finding out what is the best software. The problem is: An engineering firm signed a design contract worth approx. 120 million dollars. To complete the contract on time, each member needs a new computer that is designed to handle the massive loads of computation that the CAD modeling and simulation programs are capable of - some of which may take hours to complete a single execution due to the complexity of the models. Also, the output of the programs (which must all be stored due to federal government safety regualtions) can be quite large. Customize a microcomputer that meets the needs of the division of engineers.


If someone know what's best please help me out or give me a hint or something. Any help will be grealty appreciated!!!!
