How much would I make with a BS in Electrical Engineering and 4 years of experience?

I'm going to college soon but I'm also joining the USMC as a reserve electrical engineer. Also, could someone explain to me what electrical engineers generally do? I'm simply following my academic strengths right now more than my interests. I was interested in civil engineering until I realized they're paid very little. Thanks in advance for the advice.
