What is the proper etiquette way of handling it when people ask me a

question that is none of their business? I once worked with a woman who was very rude. One day she called in sick....the next day some one asked her how she was feeling. She responded that the person should mind their own business.

How does one tell a person that their question not appropriate with out coming off rude?

Smile and say "I consider that a personal matter." If you need to stretch it, you can add "But thank you for being concerned."
