Tawney has a spectacular aura about
Etiquette mess up?

Last night I was at a service for my husbands uncle (the funeral is today) and I said something to my brother in laws new wife that I didn’t think was bad, but my daughter later told me it was rude and my husband confirmed it.

I have never met the new wife because her husband changes wives faster then he can change is underwear. So I said “Oh you’re the New wife!” in my head I didn’t mean to harm her or hurt her feelings, I was just excited to meet her, they usually never stay around long enough for me to actually meet them.

Anyway, in about an hour I have to go to the funeral and I feel so bad that I want to say something to her…I just don’t know what….little help here…quick, I don’t have much time.
