What are some good resources to learn about etiquette?

If you are real lucky your parents are a good resource. Why not call on someone at school to coach you and your reserved table at lunch in the cafeteria on etiquette and manners. I would think that a school administrator would jump at a chance to provide etiquette training for students that are interested. Wouldn't it be something if a new fad was to observe social graces and etiquette at school. I assure you that the students who excelled in observing social graces and etiquette and good manners would graduate and become the most successful people in what ever field they chose to pursue,
