Green Eyes has a spectacular aura about
Interview Etiquette?

Job A: I really want and have an interview next week
Job B: Has just offered me the job and is good, but rates 2nd compared to Job A.

What do I say to Job B right now? I don't want to burn bridges, and I would take the job if I don't get Job A. How do I stall??

Depending on the position you are applying for, you can usually let them know you have been interviewing for several positions and that you are waiting to hear back from others. They will usually understand. However, they may want to know right away, and it is possible that they will not want to wait for you to get the other job. They may have a second choice person that they would be just as happy to call.

If they really want you, and this is more of a skilled career type job, you will probably be OK asking them for some time. If this is more of a part-time job, then they may just move on to the next applicant.
