Laundry Mat Etiquette?

I had to use the laundry mat because of my slip covers being too big for my machine.

I went in and found a washer almost done. When it finished the people took their stuff out and I put mine in.

The redneck lady that came in after I already had soap in the washer had a fit saying I took her machine because her stuff was in front of it.

I told her there is stuff EVERYWHERE and if she needed it she should have been there, tough mine was being washed.

She had 5 washers taken up with her stuff and had went to the grocery store around the corner to get soda pop. Thing is, if you are not there... it ISNT yours.... just ticked me off.

What is the unwritten laundry rule?
OMG I so very much wanted to... LOL... thing was her and her redneck momma sorry but I could hear banjos play when they talked....I didnt want to start crap.

I just wanted to use the big 5 dollar washer and clean my throws...

But you would have thought I threw their clothes all over the place the way they acted.

I had to get a new set of washer and dryer for my new home, It took a couple of days before they were delivered to my house. So I had to use the laundry mat, it is very rude for a person that has cloths in the washer or dryer and they leave for a couple of hours, in the meantime their cloths are done washing and drying, and all other washers and dryers are all used up.
What that lady did was very vane and nothing less the rude.
