| What is the proper etiquette in this situation? My ex-husband's sister and her family are visiting the state where my daughter and I live. She has two children that are around my daughter's age.
I heard from my daughter that they were visiting at the end of this week. I sent my ex-sister-in-law and e-mail saying it would be nice if the kids met and here is my contact info. She did NOT respond.
My daughter has been talking to her cousin who is 18 about where and when to meet.
Should I meet with her and her husband or just pick up my daughter? My parents will be dropping her off. She will meet them after school on Friday and spend the afternoon/ evening with them.
I am not sure if I should have even sent my ex sil the e-mail since she did not respond. I guess I can just be cordial and polite with them and that's it? |
