what do you think is proper texting etiquette?

if you are having a text convo and it seems to be going well but they suddenly decide to stop responding to yuor questions, is it appropriate to send a duplicate if it has been several hours? kindof as a nudge to let them know they should respond? or should one just let it slide?

Don't send a duplicate.
You start a new text conversation and bring it up THERE.

Eee Gads...now we're into Text messaging etiquette?! What's the world come to...?

Alright here's what just happened to me... I texted my sis and told her that I was mad.... She texted me back asking me why. I got her text but was busy with supper. She texted me the same message again a while later. It was a nudge for me to actually tell her just WHY I was mad.

I say if you text them and they don't answer.... let it go for an hour or so. If still no reply...send again. If STILL no reply...let it slide. Don't want to sound too naggy.
