| Sauna etiquette in a co-ed place? I'm a beginner, and the closest sauna in my community offers a co-ed one [in Canada], Is there anything I should know..or follow?I also wear soft contacts, should I take them off? I've been in there once for 5 seconds =|. |

| Your contacts might dry out but you still need to see. I would take re-wetting drops in with you along with cold water to drink. Also some people enjoy the quiet.. So, I wouldnt initiate any conversations... Other than that.... oh yeah... if you want more steam you should ask the others if they are ok with it... Enjoy!! |
