Is it proper etiquette to give cookies to your veterinarian's office as a thank

you gift? My dachshund got really sick and our vet's office went above and beyond the call of duty several times. What is the best way to show them all my thanks? I would love to bake them cookies or bring them something, even a coffee shop gift certificate, anyone know what wouldn't be considered taboo? This is a small town place, the vet who takes care of our dog owns the office, so it's not like we're dealing with strangers here, she gave us her cell number and dealt with late night calls, etc... they came in early a few times to help us out. It was really nice.

I don't know... maybe she doesn't eat dairy or eggs. I'd say just give her cash.
Good luck.
