Is there such thing as a Contact Centre for separted families in Queensland?

My ex-wife & I have been separated for 8 mths. I have the older 2 boys under 5 & she has the youngest boy also under 5. I'm wondering if there is such a centre where separated families can contact each other over the phone or meet? As my ex & I r not talking to each other, it's hard to contact or meet somewhere without being at loggerheads with each other. Family Court will b a couple of months time. I have the 2 older boys because I am protecting them from their mum as she's got a unmedicated mental disorder that needs to be addressed & she's been in trouble with Dept. of Child Safety in the past. Also would I get in2 trouble with the court for not providing my phone numbers to her while we r seperated as she has got gotten her drunken father 2 ring & harrass me over the phone, that's y I had 2 change my numbers. Shes also now lives with her father. Is there a way to convince the court for me 2 only have her phone number so her father can't ring & harrass me again.
