Its a family business.How can i improve my communication/relationship with my...

...office people(Accounts).? I am working as an accounts administrator from last few months in a medium level organization. The rest of the people in accounts are 3 daughterrs and one son of the business owner. They have a very good understanding of each other.They make fun of each other. How can i improve my communication with them, in order to become a strond team player. Thanks

This wouldn't seem easy. If they are related to the owner they have a lot of power. All you can do is show/prove to them you are a useful member of the team, and hopefully they will respect you accordingly. But don't try to force your ideas/views on them or you might alienate yourself.
