How can my family hear me speak on my headphone if they don't have headphone

only speakers? we were chatting online and i was using my headphone, my family doesn't have headphones just speakers. I can hear them talk but they can't hear me.

Any advice on what to do so they can hear me?

Buying headset for them is not an option because they are in another country and they have to travel 4 hours to the city to get a headset.
